A perfect example of how NOT to design a web site - enter a search term in the box in the top left - look in the box below that to see a count of results (scroll the box down to get the residential results) - then select the white pages link - scroll the box down again to see the towns - select one of them - wait for it to send you a flash file on the right - this is a full page, so now zoom it several times until it is readable, then search through the page to find the listing you want (just like if you were using an old phone book, rather than a web-based search that was supposed to search for you). All in all, a great example of technology for technology's sake, with no thought of how it would actually be used.
